Terung Goreng

*Medium dish

The Ingredients are:

  • 3 Eggplant (terung)
  • 3 Onion 
  • 5 Garlic 
  • Anchovies (ikan bilis)- as mush as you need
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • MSG (ajinomoto)
  • Oyster Sauce (sos tiram)
  • Chilli Sauce
  • 3/4 chillies
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • Water - Just in small quantity
  • Cooking Oil

How to make it....

- Cut the eggplants into any shape you wants and put it into water for a while
- Blend all garlics,onions and anchovies all together
- Fry the blended mixtures with cooking oil until it is quite crunchy
- Then, add some sugar,salt,oyster sauce and chilli sauce and also a bit of MSG.
- After that, pour some water and stir.
- Cut tomatoes and chillies into small pieces and put it into then stir it a few more minutes 
- Then it's ready to be served.
